# Resetting your password

Forgot your password? Request a reset link from the sign-in screen. The link opens a secure page where you set a new password — the link itself never carries your session.

## Request a reset link

- 01Open the reset formOn the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? The card switches to reset mode with a single email field.Reset your passwordSign-in screen → Forgot password?
- 02Send the linkEnter the email on your account and click Send reset link. You’ll see a “Check your inbox” confirmation with a button to resend if it doesn’t arrive.
- 03Set a new passwordOpen the email and click the link. It takes you to the secure reset page at foxora.ai/auth/reset, where you choose a new password. Then return to the app and sign in with it.

> Signed in with Google or GitHub?If you only ever used Google or GitHub, you don’t have a Foxora password to reset — just use the matching Continue with… button to sign in.
