Open **studio → Crews**.

A crew coordinates a lead agent and one or more specialists. The lead decomposes the objective, delegates bounded work, combines results, and remains responsible for the final answer.

> **Safety:** Every member’s tools and external access still matter. A lead should not delegate sensitive actions to a broadly privileged specialist without an approval boundary.

## Steps

1. Open **studio → Crews**.
2. Create a crew.
3. Select the lead.
4. Add only necessary specialists.
5. Define coordination instructions.
6. Choose a tier.
7. Save the initial configuration.
